The Conshohocken Historical Society was founded in 1963 for the purpose of protecting and preserving the Borough's heritage and educating present and future generations. The society collects personal papers, local business and organization records, photographs, scrapbooks, early maps, genealogies, church histories, family Bibles, Civil War sketches and history books, newspapers, artifacts, and more. The Society's archival holdings total over 75 linear feet of materials, dating from circa 1850 to the present.
