the will of           }   Waln Informing thereof by Letter _  The Cace was by the
John Harsfold       }   Quarterly Meeting Left under care of of this Board the
Coresponding Committee [??]nstedly _ and James Antram
one of this Board _ being Lately at Richard Waln’s to
Enquire into the the situation of the Cace_ who by Letter
Dated 10 mo 26 Informe’s _ that he had brought the Question
before the Superior Court at Trenton, by Writ of Habus Corpus
Returnable at Last Tearme _ When the Claements had it Put
off. Until next Tearme when he hoped a Desition in favour
of the Blacks – but was fearful the Claements _ would. Remove the Cace to the Court of Errors & Appeals
in which Cace he hoped the Pensilvania Society would support the Action
