Historic Cookbook Collection Donated to HSP

Joseph M. Carlin recently donated a generous gift of over 100 historic cookbooks to the Historical Society of Pennsylvania’s growing collection of cookbooks and cooking related materials.  Many of the cookbooks were created by church groups or community organizations and were primarily published between the late 19^th to mid-20^th century.  Click here to view our holdings for this collection in the online catalog.
