To support the history and heritage organizations of Southeastern Pennsylvania, the Historical Society of Pennsylvania developed two programs--History Affiliates and the Hidden Collections Initiative for Pennsylvania Small Archival Repositories (HCI-PSAR). The History Affiliates program offerred access to resources for networking and capacity building. The HCI-PSAR project made better known and more accessible the largely hidden collections of small archival repositories.  Both of these grant-funded programs have concluded, but the resources developed durng them can still be found here.
