HSP is proud to announce an addition to our student mentor hours. Mentors will now be available for students Tuesday and Thursday 2:30-5:30 p.m. and Wednesday 2:30-8:30 p.m.

By expanding our mentor hours, students now have more opportunity to visit HSP and receive one-on-one help with their research or NHD projects. Student Mentor are trained to guide students, grades 6-12, through the archive and assist in finding sources for student use.

At HSP we realize that truly understanding a primary source and transcribing documents can be a daunting task so our mentors are here to make that process easier. We can even help edit and fact- check existing research papers to ensure historical accuracy and clarity.

There is no appointment necessary to come visit, although if you would like to ask a specific question, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help.
