Research Registration Form

If you are visiting the Historical Society for your first time or haven’t visited us in a number of years, we will have you complete a brief research registration form.  If you prefer to fill out the form in preparation for your visit ahead of time, it is available as a downloadable pdf here.

Call Slips

Most of our items require a call slip to be viewed.  Any item listed as “Closed Stacks” in our online catalog requires a call slip.  Our reference librarians can assist you in filling out this form.  View an example of a completed call slip here:
