Whether you are new to genealogy or a seasoned researcher, find your story at the Historical Society of Pennsylvania (HSP) with Family History Days.
This Friday and Saturday (March 18 & 19), HSP is bringing together genealogy and family history professionals from around the world for a genealogy conference featuring two-days of workshops and presentations for beginner and experienced genealogists alike.
Hosted at HSP's historic library and archive, attendees will have the chance to learn about new techniques and tools, travel behind-the-scenes into HSP's conservation lab and archive, network with fellow family historians and representatives from genealogy organizations, and more.
For those new to genealogy and family history, Sydney F. Cruice Dixon of the Greater Philadelphia Area Chapter, Association of Professional Genealogists will be offering a Breakfast for Beginners at 8 a.m. each day. Enjoy a light continental breakfast as you learn the best ways to begin researching your family's history. Breakfast tickets are $25 and available at checkout.
Individual days (either March 18 or 19):
