Family History Heroes: Meet the Volunteers Expanding the Genealogical Record
Karen and Jerry Chapman recently wrapped up twenty-two tireless months of volunteer service to HSP, after scanning more than 500,000 pages of records. The Chapmans are the sixth FamilySearch couple to work with us since we launched a collaboration in 2014.

Remembering Frank Kearney: A Daughter's D-Day Tribute
Francis Joseph Kearney was 26 years old and newly engaged to Edith Doreen Govier, an English nurse, when he came ashore on Omaha beach late on June 6, 1944, as part of the 29th Infantry. His daughter Susan helped to keep his memory alive by donating the family's collection to HSP.
